Various styles of Tequilas will be paired with the following:

1st Course
Chilled Tomato-Cucumber Soup, Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab, Horseradish Oil

2nd Course
Tomato-Cilantro Terrine, Tequila Seared Shrimp, Tequila-Lime-Tomato Gelee

3rd Course
Spicy Paprika and Chile Seared Flounder, Roasted Garlic-Corn Puree, Corn Relish

4th Course
Seared Skirt Steak, Spicy Tequila and Citrus Marinated Herloom Tomato Salad, Summer Vegetable-Cheese Pierogie, Tequila-Lime Butter
